Hi everyone, Anthony and I have been watching the Olympics everyday since it started.  For me, at this Olympics I am so amazed at the weightlifters and how many of them have achieved lifts above their personal best records.  What appeals to me in the weightlifting is the power of the mind over the body, phenomenal.
