Hi there friends of Peace!  There is a lot to be said for natural therapies.  I was quite surprised to meet someone on Saturday at the fair who had never had any sort of natural therapies or remedies in her life,  and didn't know why you should even do so - I had the greatest pleasure in explaining to her all the amazing things our world had to offer, after which she proceeded to explore the fair with an open mind and after an hour, I noticed she was still at the fair and beginning to enjoy her new experience.  It's things like this, that I really love and feel like my job is so worth all the work and effort. Hi there friends of Peace!   Well, I haven't written for a couple of days on my blog because I am still recovering from Saturday's fair.  It was nice to see people braving the weather to come out and see us all at the fair.  I am now very excited to start planning our new monthly fair at Mt Eden, just a couple of things to confirm first.  I will keep you all posted.

Hi there friends of Peace!  TODAY is the HERNE BAY FAIR!
Along with some fantastic stalls to enjoy, there will be on site treatments, free health checks, free draws, free live entertainment & music, delicious homemade baking and Fair Trade coffee.  Sue is famous for her chocolate and banana toasted sandwiches.  Also, please come and find me and say hello, I would appreciate it if someone actually reads my blogs and I would love to see you! ...

Hi there friends of Peace!  ONLY 2 days before the next HERNE BAY FAIR!  Today is also Vesak Day or Buddhas Birthday observed.  He was such an enlightened teacher who has helped millions of people to journey within themselves and find inner peace and still inspires many to search for their own truth.  But, we each have something of great value to share and teach others too - our wisdom through our lives and the lesson we have learnt are indeed priceless.  We need to show more appreciation to ourselves for how much we have experienced in our lives so far, and the best is yet to come... Only a few days to go before the HERNE BAY FAIR happens again!  Make sure you get all your Saturday errands and family appointments done by 1.30pm, and then come over to the Bayfield School hall to join us for some AFTERNOON DELIGHTS!! Today is also my Dad's birthday.  Whom I don't talk much about, but he recently surprised me and deposited some money into my account.  So I am grateful for that.  I don't talk to my Dad, things do happen in families that are unfortunate and can lead to separation.  The healing process can take quite some time and cannot be rushed.  I am clear that I shall do my best to work towards healing my relationship with my dad, and still honour what is in my heart.

I have this beautiful cookbook called Benessere Wellbeing and while I was at the Green Living Show yesterday at Alexander Park, I met the author there, Laurinda Erasmus.  I was inspired by her passion about good food - and was thrilled when she invited me to a pot luck dinner which she was attending and providing some of her own dishes. Hi there friends of Peace!  I have amazing plans for today - firstly, I'm going to the Mt Eden Village craft market to check out the fair and the venue again to get some ideas and inspiration for our new, upcoming monthly Eco-fair which starts there on July 28..  Then we're off to the GREEN LIVING & ORGANIC EXPO on at Alexander Park Racecourse.  Come along and support the expo and the planet!  I'll be there if you want to meet me for a cup of Fair trade coffee :-)    Angels bless you with miracles today.
