Merry Christmas everyone! Both Anthony and I hope you all have a very relaxed and happy time with your friends and families. We will be at home today just enjoying being together and having a day doing whatever we want - I've stockpiled lots of champagne, chocolate and strawberries so I've got the most important things sorted for tomorrow. _WEDNESDAY 21ST DEC 2011: 'PEACE FESTIVAL, DEC 30TH TO JAN 8TH, WHITIANGA TOWN HALL, FREE ENTRY' Hello friends, how is your Christmas week going? This year Anthony and I will be at home for Christmas, which is a first - so I am open to ideas about making this Christmas special! We are looking forward to seeing you all at the Peace Festival in Whitianga next weekend, it's always such a magical time there for everyone who comes along and connects in with us. It's a great way to begin your new year - especially since it is the mystical 2012 next year.
_TUESDAY 20TH DECEMBER 2011: Hello friends, last night I surprised Anthony and told him to put warm clothes on as I was taking him on a surprise journey. For the first time since we moved to Auckland, we caught the bus to Franklin Road, and walked down the road admiring all the amazing Christmas lights on the houses. It was very busy with families doing the same thing, musicians playing, carollers singing and backed up traffic driving slowly up and down the street. It wasn't exactly the romantic summer's moonlight walk I was aiming for, but it was enjoyable nonetheless. Check out this creative light display someone put on their mini cooper on Franklin Road!
_MONDAY 19TH DECEMBER 2011: Hello friends, yesterday we went to our monthly Titirangi New Energy Fair and had another great time meeting new and old friends. I'm so lucky and blessed to have such beautiful people in my life. There will be some big changes next year on our planet, but if you have a supportive network of close friends and family it will really make all the difference. NOTE: The FIRST PEACE FAIR starts SAT 28th JANUARY at Bayfield School, Herne Bay, then SAT 17th MARCH & EVERY 3RD SATURDAY of MONTH. Part of the reason I am doing the monthly fair is so that you have a place you can come to each month to connect in with like-minded people who are passionate about our people and planet. _WEDNESDAY 14TH DECEMBER 2011: Hello friends, have you noticed lately that everyone you know seems to be making or having big changes in their lives at the moment - like moving overseas, changing jobs, starting new relationships etc, for example, I just found out my cousin at 42 years is having a baby (which for her is amazing and a miracle!) 2012 is going to be an incredible time to be here alive on our planet! Anyhow, I bought Anthony this really cool Xmas card because it is so him and me (even though we are gingerbread soaking in a cup of hot chocolate!) no matter what we do we still make the most of each day, enjoying every moment, he he.
_TUESDAY 13TH DECEMBER 2011: Hello everyone, I have been feeling a bit stressed lately with getting everything ready for the Whtiianga Peace Festival, so I decided to take a break and got my great & gifted friend over, Karen, to give me 1 of her AWESOME MASSAGES! You should all try one, they are divinely heaven - I feel so much clearer & relaxed. Then I took her to the Grand Hotel Lobby Bar for coffee, biscuits & chocolates and we caught up with each other for about 2 hours! This is what life is all about my friends, connecting in with each other: sharing, supporting, laughing and hugging!

Hello everyone, create your own blackboard art. Down at Aotea square there are 3 huge blackboards that you can write or draw on and leave inspirational messages. The message I left was: "peace begins with me" but there were some other really good ones. You can even write on the pavement. LASTLY, I've had to change the date of the monthly Peace Fairs starting in 2012 - first one is still SAT 28th JANUARY at Bayfield School, Herne Bay, but then leaving out February altogether, starting again in MARCH on the 3RD SATURDAY of EVERY MONTH.

Hello everyone, yesterday I went down to Aotea Square to the Auckland Art and Craft Fair and there was a whole lot of free summer activities going on. One of them was a free nightly lightbeam show till Dec 24th from the square at 9pm with a free light show soundtrack accompaniment from 95bfm - you know, someone creative actually thought this up, brilliant! LASTLY, I've had to change the date of the monthly Peace Fairs starting in 2012 - first one is still SAT 28th JANUARY at Bayfield School, Herne Bay, but then leaving out February altogether, starting again in MARCH on the 3RD SATURDAY of EVERY MONTH.
